Our primary focus during these troubled times is keeping you, your families and our care workers safe.

We at Ami Home Care understand that this is a difficult and uncertain time, and we are doing everything in our power to continue providing the best care possible to all of our clients.

The well-being of our care workers remains to be of upmost importance, and I would like to take this opportunity in thanking our care workers for all their hard work and dedication to the care they provide.

We have already sent out leaflets to all care workers and clients, highlighting the signs/symptoms of COVID-19 and urge anyone with symptoms to follow the guidance outlined in the aforementioned documents, along with any updates from the NHS website.

Keeping safe

Some of the measures we’re taking include:

  • Our care workers have been equipped with water resistant surgical masks, hand sanitizers (refills available from the office), aprons, sleeve covers, gloves.
  • Our care workers are continuing to follow our stringent infection control procedures and taking extra care with hand washing – on arrival and departure of a client’s home.
  • We do not allow more than one care worker at a time into the office to collect additional supplies etc.
  • Without reducing levels of care and where possible, we are trying to send the same care workers to each client
  • All office staff are working remotely where possible

Our number one priority is to ensure the quality of our service does not waver and remains to a high standard, therefore we are continually monitoring the situation and making necessary changes to ensure we are providing a quality service.

Should a shortage of care staff occur, all office staff including managers will deliver care where/when is necessary and without this impacting the day to day running of our company. We are also happy to assist other providers within the Hounslow Borough should they experience shortage in staff.

Ami Home Care Ltd is looking for male and female Care Workers/ Field Managers to help support people in their own home.Previous experience is not essential, however a caring nature is. You can work within your local area and enjoy a friendly and supportive team.


Carer Requirements:

  • Proof Right to work in the UK.
  • Caring nature and reliability.
  • Good written and spoken English language.

We provide our clients with:

  • Personal Care (assisting with a shower, dressing, medication… etc)
  • Practical support such as laundry, cleaning, shopping, assistance with meal/ drink preparation.
