Ami Home Care understands that regular routine and familiar surroundings are important factors when living with dementia. This is why we offer expert care to help elderly people comfortably stay in their own home for as long as possible.

PERSONAL CARE

Our personal care services are designed to support you with your day-to-day living, helping you continue to remain independent at home.

COMPANIONSHIP

Often an elderly parent just needs some companionship or a little help around the house. In order to keep a loved one independent and happy whilst living at home is to provide them with someone to talk to, or help with the laundry or do some shopping.

COMPLEX CARE

Complex care seeks to improve health and well-being for people with complex health and social needs by coordinating and reshaping care delivery at the individual, community, and system levels. It addresses root causes of poor health through interdisciplinary care teams and cross-sector partnerships that deliver person-centered care based around participants’ own goals and priorities.

HOSPITAL DISCHARGE SUPPORT

Providing support at home to help you recover from recent illness or surgery and a stay in hospital.
